Overview
FieldBook is operated by Celia Sherriff. How refunds work depends on where you subscribed. This policy applies to FieldBook subscriptions and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights in your country.
Web subscriptions
If you subscribe on fieldbookfarm.com, payment is processed by our payment provider (Paddle or successor). Refund requests for web purchases are handled under Paddle’s buyer terms and our review of your case.
- Contact us at sherriffcelia@gmail.com with your account email and purchase date.
- We may offer a refund if you contact us within 14 days of your first web subscription charge and have not substantially used paid cloud features.
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Paddle’s policies apply.
App Store (Apple)
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed by Apple. Refunds are decided by Apple under their policies. Request a refund in your Apple account or at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Google Play
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are billed by Google. Refunds follow Google Play’s policies. Request a refund in Google Play order history or Google Play support.
Cancellation
- Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- Deleting your FieldBook account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel in the store or web billing portal where you subscribed.
- After cancellation, cloud sync may stop when the paid period ends; export important PDFs before then.
Billing issues
For duplicate charges, unrecognized charges, or access problems after payment, email sherriffcelia@gmail.com. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top will change. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or by email.
